Apprenticeship and Journeyman Skills Upgrade
classes are available to Local 159 members free of charge.
Apprenticeship classes:
Apprenticeship classes are open once a year,
and run from 5 to 9 pm on the following schedule:
Monday nights
1st year instructor: Bob Calone 2nd year instructor: Pat

Tuesday nights
1st year safety instructor: Thad Woodin OSHA: Jerry
Gerard Heritage: Vince Radosevich
2nd year welding instructors: Phil Robbins, Pat

Journeyman Skills Upgrade
Classes:
We offer these classes at least twice a year, once in the
fall and once in the spring. Additional classes may be
scheduled depending on demand.
There is an open sign-up list for the
following classes. When we have a minimum of 12 people
enrolled for a course, we will set the schedule for the class dates
and times.
