UA Local 159 members have access to the following benefits:

Medical, hospital, surgical and prescription drug benefits, through two health maintenance organizations ("HMOs"): Kaiser
Foundation Health Plan and Health Net. For qualified retirees who are Medicare-eligible and who live outside of the Plan
HMOs' service areas, the Plan also offers a monthly stipend benefit, to reimburse the retiree for the cost of purchasing
health care coverage.

Dental benefits, on a self-funded basis, administered through Delta Dental Plan of California.

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance benefits, through Prudential Insurance Company of America.

Vision benefits, on a self-funded basis, administered through Vision Service Plan.
